The CU4-xx-4x59Y series, which can be used as standalone or DIN-rail design, is specifically designed for electrical power substation (IEC 61000-4-5). It provides three power supply inputs, including industrial power, PoE, and USB Type-C, realizing the benefit of one device for various environments. A redundant power supply system is also implemented within the unit to enhance usability.

Additionally, the smart, plug-and-play LC duplex connector media converter offers Precision Time Protocol (PTP) transparent clock functionality according to IEEE 1588v2, ensuring time synchronization. It delivers a high level of immunity and flexibility for industrial applications by converting RJ45 Ethernet to fiber optics. The RJ45 port features an auto-crossing function, eliminating the need to differentiate between 1:1 and crossover cables
